Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges

-If you would like to exchange an item for a different size of the same item, we will be happy to help. Please email admin@demonsandwizards.shop with your Order Number in the subject line within 5 business days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be processed.

-Items are eligible for exchange only if they remain in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and returned in the original packaging.

-Our collections are crafted in limited runs per design and size, so exchanges may not always be possible. That said, we’ll do our utmost to help you find the size you want.

-Shipping costs of returns/exchanges to our warehouse will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the item. We are not liable for packages lost during transit.

- Please note that we don’t offer exchanges for other reasons.

 

Returns & Refunds

-To initiate a return please email admin@demonsandwizards.shop with your Order Number in the subject line within 5 business days of receiving the order.

-Items are eligible for return only if they remain in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and returned in the original packaging.

-Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Shipping costs of returns/exchanges to our warehouse will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the item. We are not liable for packages lost during transit.

-When returning shoes, please do not attach the return labels directly onto the shoe box or else your return will be rejected as the item is now deemed unsellable. Please pack the shoe box in another outer box when returning, we recommend to use the original shipment packaging if possible.

-Within 7 business days from receipt of returns at the warehouse, we will inspect the return and notify you the outcome of your refund request.

-Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

-Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
